Ihre Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen einen engagierten Personalassistant (m/w/d), der sich für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Verwaltungsablaufs während des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus begeistert.
  • Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Verträgen gemäß den Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung beim Recruiting und der Organisation des Onboarding-Prozesses
  • Mitarbeit bei der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten
  • Pflege der Mitarbeiterakten
  • Bearbeitung eingehender und ausgehender E-Mails und Post
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden in schriftlicher und telefonischer Form
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im oben genannten Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, SAP ist wünschenswert
  • Starke kommunikative und kooperative Kompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung runden Ihr Profil ab
