Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant:in / Tax Manager:in (w/d/m) to join our team at Haufe Group. As a key member of our finance and accounting team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of business cases, including tax and accounting implications.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax declarations, including E-Bilanzen and tax returns.
• Business Prerequisites: Provide expert support during business audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain and develop our Tax Compliance Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tax documentation.
• Project Management: Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure seamless project execution, including the preparation of annual financial statements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on taxation or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industry or a professional services firm.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of corporate taxation, including income tax and value-added tax, as well as accounting principles under the German Commercial Code.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP FI an asset.
• Personal Qualities: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a high level of quality awareness.
