Financial Controller

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller (m/f/d) to become a vital part of our central Controlling team at Diakovere gGmbH. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial controlling, particularly within the healthcare or social services sector, along with proficiency in SAP-CO, Corporate Planner, and standard Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Autonomously manage tasks associated with annual budgeting, performance analysis, and internal cost distribution across the organization.
- Engage in regular communication with department leaders and authorized representatives of subsidiary entities, as well as the finance division.
- Contribute to the enhancement of reporting processes within the Diakovere Group.
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives and projects.
- A degree in business (minimum Bachelor's level) or certification as an accountant, or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in the hospital or social services industry.
- Expertise in utilizing controlling software such as SAP-CO, Corporate Planner, and Office applications.
- A full-time role with the flexibility for part-time arrangements.
- 30 vacation days annually, competitive salary aligned with Diakonie Niedersachsen's collective agreement, plus additional compensation.
