Evotec SE is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial risk and investment strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective financial risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with our Vice President of Treasury to review and develop our group-wide hedging strategy and processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions.
- Manage our company's investments portfolio and seek ways to improve profitability in interest income.
- Develop and implement financial risk management infrastructures, including processes, tools, and connectivity.
- Support our Vice President of Treasury with financing projects and ensure compliance with relevant policies and controls.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Excellent user skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- ERP user experience with IFS and SAP is a plus.
**Ideal Qualifications:**
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
- Change management skills and willingness to take responsibility.
- High degree of self-motivation and intrinsic drive for improvement.
