Deine Aufgaben
Teilst Du unsere Leidenschaft für die Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen und möchtest aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung digitaler Kompetenzen beitragen? Dann lies weiter:
- Als Senior Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich digitale Finanzlösungen übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für spezifische Arbeitsstränge und koordinierst diese in enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung.
- Du berätst unsere Klienten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten und begleitest alle Phasen des Projekts, von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss.
- Durch Deine bisherige Erfahrung hast Du Einblicke in aktuelle Themen gewonnen und kannst Teile der Wertschöpfungskette - von der Prozessanalyse über die Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen bis hin zur Konzeption und Implementierung - eigenständig durchführen.
- Mit Deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise und Deinem Engagement wirst Du zu einem geschätzten Ansprechpartner für Deine Klienten und Kollegen.
- Du sorgst nicht nur für eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung, sondern auch dafür, dass die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung junger Teammitglieder gefördert wird.
- Du identifizierst Themen, die das zukünftige Lösungsportfolio Deines Teams bereichern können.
- Für die Position als Senior Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich digitale Finanzlösungen benötigst Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling.
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 2 Jahre) in der Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, vorzugsweise in einer Beratungsfirma, gesammelt.
- Du bringst eine Affinität für Themen wie Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Technologie sowie ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen in Verbindung mit kreativen und strukturierten Lösungsansätzen mit.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie ein grundlegendes Interesse an IT-Themen sind erforderlich.
- Deine empathische Persönlichkeit, klare Zielvorstellungen und unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine „Hands-on“-Mentalität zeichnen Dich aus.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab.
