Sales Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit tender forms to various portals.
- Receive and forward customer inquiries to our sales force and headquarters.
- Prepare quotations for technical sales staff and manage the quotation system.
- Translate or review marketing materials from English to German.
- Provide first-level telephone support to TAI customers.
- Plan and organize sales events, such as trade fairs and seminars, in consultation with sales management and marketing.
- Monitor the general email inbox for the DACH TAI team.
- Screen for new potential accounts guided by sales management.
- Organize customer courses in Eschborn, including processing customer inquiries and sending appointment confirmations.
- Maintain customer master data and contacts in the CRM system for the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
- Maintain device master data in SAP for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Qualifications
- German and English language skills to a professional level.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Solid team player with high self-motivation.
- Qualifications in chemical or chemical engineering, materials science, or a similar field are beneficial.
