Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring the security of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ISMS policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments, risk analyses, and gap analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and other stakeholders to develop and implement security awareness training programs.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
- Conduct security audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and implement measures to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on ISMS development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and other relevant security standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and German.
