Key Responsibilities

  • You will design the annual business planning framework focusing on Merchandise Financial Planning with a seasonal approach.
  • You will adeptly manage all KPIs that influence product performance.
  • You possess experience in planning across various sales channels and understand their unique characteristics.
  • You will develop revenue allocation across divisions and product categories in close collaboration with the purchasing team, subsequently creating purchasing budgets.
  • You are proficient with planning tools (preferably within the SAP environment) and are eager to enhance these tools continuously.
  • You will work closely with the purchasing team, controlling, allocation, and retail inventory.

Your Profile

  • Numbers are your forte – you prefer analyzing extensive data sets over watching movies.
  • You are proactive, independent, and results-driven.
  • Your colleagues appreciate your organized approach, adaptability, and resilience.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field, or have a commercial training background.
  • You have substantial experience in Merchandise Planning or Controlling, ideally within the apparel retail sector.
  • You enjoy teamwork and are enthusiastic about engaging in productive discussions with colleagues.
  • You have a solid understanding of inventory management systems and ideally possess SAP knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is second nature to you.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
  • You aspire to contribute to reshaping the apparel industry for a sustainable future.
