Microbiology Laboratory Specialist

As a laboratory technician specializing in microbiology , your role will encompass the preparation, execution, assessment, and documentation of both routine and specialized microbiological analyses. This position is integral to ensuring the quality and safety of products within the pharmaceutical sector .

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting, analyzing, and documenting routine and specialized microbiological tests
- Verifying the quality of packaging materials, raw materials, sterile media, products, and the production environment
- Engaging in special projects and tasks, such as creating and maintaining GMP-compliant work instructions and protocols, as well as preparing deviation reports
- Assisting in the implementation of new equipment and testing methodologies
Candidate Profile
- Completed training in a microbiological field as a laboratory technician (e.g., biology, dairy technology), technical assistant (e.g., BTA, MTA, LTA), or a relevant Bachelor's degree
- Preferably, initial professional experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems and GMP is advantageous
- Proficient in both German and English
