Position Overview

As a Social Worker/Social Educator in our supportive living environment, your role will encompass:

  • Conducting personalized home visits and providing active support to clients in their daily routines.
  • Designing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Facilitating and organizing group activities aimed at fostering personal growth.
  • Participating in conceptual discussions to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
