Our Material Steering departments manage the ordering of over 31 million components daily, supporting more than 30 production sites to manufacture over 2.5 million vehicles annually. What qualifications should you possess?
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Engineering, or a Business Degree with a focus on IT. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in data engineering, modeling, automated ETL pipeline development, and data visualization for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity: Ideally, knowledge of data engineering tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Kafka, Rest APIs).
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark, and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight.
- Experience: Previous experience in a collaborative, international, and agile setting is preferred, ideally in digitalization or analytics through internships or part-time roles.
- Communication: Fluency in English to facilitate effective collaboration within a global team.
- Curiosity: A keen intellect and a desire to explore supply chain digitalization within a leading automotive manufacturer.
