Job Description

MBDA Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration and testing of complex systems, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration and testing of complex systems, including the development of test plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and test reports.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as systems engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on integration and testing.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with system design, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
