Coordinator (m/w/d) - Confidentiality Procedures for Railway Vehicles

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading national authorization processes for projects in the field of railway vehicle technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead national authorization processes for projects in the field of railway vehicle technology, from project initiation to the end of the warranty period.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all authorization processes with national authorities, network operators, and testing bodies.
  • Organize and participate in authorization procedures, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit national inputs for the offer management process and provide requirements.
  • Share knowledge of national authorization procedures with project teams and inform them about relevant national requirements.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in engineering, IT, or economics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent French language skills and excellent English language skills are mandatory; good German language skills are an asset.
  • First-hand experience in the authorization or certification of projects is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the aerospace or automotive industry is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in leading negotiations are essential.
