Position Overview
As a Legal Advisor in Human Resources at Wackler, you will play a pivotal role in guiding personnel-related matters across various aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer specialized counsel on HR-related issues, ensuring adherence to collective agreements and labor regulations throughout all HR activities.
- Effectively handle labor disputes, liaising with external legal experts, and facilitate training sessions on compliance and labor law matters.
- Contribute to the assessment, enhancement, and digital transformation of HR processes.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in law, with a concentration in labor and commercial law.
- Extensive understanding of labor legislation.
- Proven experience in managing labor disputes.
- Proficiency in drafting and evaluating employment contracts and workplace agreements.
- Exceptional communication abilities, a solution-focused approach, and strong negotiation skills.
