We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Japan Travel Consultant to join our team at Japan Experience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, liaising with our operations team, and delivering top-quality itineraries to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries and provide expert advice to clients
  • Liaise with our operations team to handle booking aspects, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities
  • Arrange and deliver complex itineraries that meet client expectations
  • Cross-sell and upsell our services and products
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Equivalent to a college or university degree
  • Advanced English language skills (business conversational level)
  • Native or proficient German language skills (for the Berlin office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Japan, including prefectures, infrastructure, and attractions
  • Awareness of Japanese culture and society
