Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Tax team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance and support to clients, including review of financial statements and tax returns
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial and operational risks
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on compliance and planning opportunities
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including German tax code and EU tax directives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and German, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
