W2 Professorship (Bonn Junior Fellow / Max Planck Research Group Leader)
This is a temporary joint appointment for a duration of 5 years, based on a partnership between HCM and MPIM following the Jülicher Modell.

Role of the Max Planck Research Group

This position is designed to promote independent research by outstanding junior scholars. Bonn Junior Fellows will have access to additional resources from the Hausdorff Center and will contribute to our advanced teaching initiatives. Proficiency in the German language is not a prerequisite.
We are in search of a young researcher with a doctoral degree who is beginning to establish their own research agenda. Ideal candidates should have demonstrated scientific independence through relevant publications and possess some international research experience.
