Beschreibung der Position
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Logistik und Vertrieb, um unsere SAP-Prozesse zu optimieren und unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu harmonisieren.
Hauptraum der Position
- Erster Ansprechpartner und Berater für die Fachbereiche bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Prozesse und -Landschaft (insbesondere MM, PP, SD)
- Schnittstelle und Steuerung der externen Dienstleister zu Incidents und Change Requests
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der kommenden Transformation zu S/4HANA
- Sicherstellen einer zuverlässigen Dokumentation der Projektentscheidungen und Konfiguration
- Respektvolle und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den ERP-Projektpartnern, Key-Usern und anderen Stakeholdern
- Optimierung der aktuellen Geschäftsprozesse, basierend auf SAP-Standardprozessen
Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich SAP - in mindestens einem der oben genannten SAP-Modulen
- Kenntnisse von Schnittstellen zu Produktionssystemen (MES, CAQ, LVS) und deren Überwachung
- Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der Firmenumgebung
- Erfahrung bei der Optimierung und Harmonisierung von konzernweiten Geschäftsprozessen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP S/4HANA und Wissen zu der Einführungsmethodik
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, überzeugendes und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Selbständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; in Wort und Schrift
