Bihr is a leading distributor of motorcycle accessories, parts, and apparel in Europe. With over 40 years of experience, we supply over 18,000 European companies with products from more than 350 brands. Our team of over 1,000 employees is spread across 20 countries, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Glinde.

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our product development team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining project plans
  • Coordinating and managing projects
  • Defining milestones and tracking timelines
  • Process optimization
  • Implementing workflows
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers
  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g. sales, procurement, and marketing)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in project management
  • High level of organizational skills, initiative, and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with suppliers in Europe and Asia is an asset
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes is an asset
  • Interest or experience in the motorcycle industry is an asset
  • Team-oriented and positive personality
