Our Business Operations Office serves as a vital link between portfolio management/trading and associated departments, overseeing the administrative structure that supports the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a dynamic and diverse role that includes: - Interpreting regulatory requirements for the front office - Managing portfolio onboarding and offboarding processes - Overseeing KYC management for brokers and clients - Supporting project coordination and budget oversight - Handling contract management for the front office - Creating and delivering presentations
  • Fostering an environment for innovation and development: - Establishing and refining processes and guidelines - Continuously evaluating existing setups to drive improvements

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a business education with a relevant specialization or have completed a degree in economics, complemented by pertinent work experience.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with regulatory standards applicable to front office operations within a WpIG company, KVG, or financial services institution, along with their practical application.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the English language.
  • Showcase strong communication skills.
  • Display a high degree of service orientation, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
