About the Role
The Industrial Cybersecurity Expert will play a crucial part in ensuring the security of our Operational Technologies (OT) environment in manufacturing. This role involves working in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from multiple countries, and providing guidance to factory teams on cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement secure manufacturing principles and IT/OT infrastructure.
- Translate IT/OT governance policies into customized implementation measures.
- Define cybersecurity needs and demands from factories.
- Specify and maintain configuration and hardening guidelines for SE products and third-party components.
- Synchronize with relevant functions to ensure secure IT/OT infrastructures for manufacturing, production, and product development environments.
- Provide guidance to teams and produce/review documentation related to product & solution development, engineering, and manufacturing phases.
Requirements
- Studies in IT security or similar experience in IT and OT.
- Computer science or electrical engineering with a focus on IT security.
- Manufacturing infrastructure knowledge, including IT/OT security technologies and concepts.
- Risk-based approaches, incident and vulnerability handling, and international/national standards for IT/OT security.
- User-centric communication and stakeholder management.
