Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions during sales and consultation conversations.
- Implement sales routines to ensure optimal processes in the specialist store, resulting in a unique customer experience.
- Support customers in the care of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Utilize customer data to make informed decisions and organize local marketing activities such as market days and health fairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and ordering and inventory management within the specialist store organization.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of training as a Hearing Aid Acoustician (m/f/d).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and empathy skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills, high flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing to collective success.
