Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team at our Hildesheim location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commissioning process, coordinating with drivers and packers, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning Process Management: Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and professional service.
• Key Customer Billing: Process billing for key customers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Project Management: Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring successful completion and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and strong IT skills.
• Personal Qualities: Ambitious, customer-focused, team-oriented, reliable, and results-driven.
