Position Overview: Student Assistant - Human Resources (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist team members in the recruitment process for positions in Engineering, IT, and specialized technical fields.
  • Engage in ongoing discussions regarding current staffing requirements.
  • Conduct research and reach out to potential candidates via platforms like XING and LinkedIn.
  • Formulate and enhance candidate search strategies.
  • Draft job descriptions and disseminate them across various job portals.
  • Support the management of applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining the applicant database.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably with a focus on business and Human Resources.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude, dependability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
  • Possess strong collaborative and communication skills, with a results-driven approach.
