Das Team für Bewertungen / Markt- & Liquiditätsmanagement bietet innovative IT-Lösungen für unsere Risikomanagement-Abteilung. Wir entwickeln und betreiben unsere Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kolleg*innen aus dem Risikomanagement. Unsere agilen Teams sind in Frankfurt, Prag und Singapur tätig. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Product Manager in Frankfurt.

Der Bereich Liquiditätsmanagement im Team für Bewertungen / Markt- & Liquiditätsmanagement besteht aus zwei Einheiten (LM DB & Berechnungen sowie LM Berichterstattung), die jeweils von einem verantwortlichen Product Manager geleitet werden.

Die Hauptaufgaben der Einheiten umfassen die Bereitstellung von Daten für das tägliche Liquiditätsmanagement-Reporting, die Berechnung monatlicher Liquiditätskosten und die Simulation des Nettozinsergebnisses (NII) gemäß den IRRBB-Vorgaben.

  • Du förderst eine agile Arbeitsweise und lebst diese aktiv vor.
  • Als Product Manager LM Berichterstattung bist du verantwortlich für das Stakeholder- und Backlog-Management deiner Einheit.
  • Du analysierst interne und externe Anforderungen an die oben genannten Berichterstattungsprozesse und entwickelst Lösungen, die zur Strategie und Produktvision beitragen.
  • Du stimmst dich sowohl mit dem/der Product Manager*in für Liquiditätsmanagement zur übergreifenden Koordination als auch mit den anderen Product Managern im Team bezüglich Abhängigkeiten und organisatorischen Themen ab.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein.
  • Du leitest die Mitarbeiter*innen deiner Einheit fachlich und arbeitest eng mit den verantwortlichen Chapter Leads und Scrum-Master*innen zusammen.
  • Dein Team besteht aus erfahrenen Fachleuten und Entwicklern.
  • Ein erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss mit quantitativem Schwerpunkt, z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik, VWL oder ähnlichem, ist erforderlich.
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für bankfachliche Prozesse in den relevanten Bereichen (Treasury, Finanzen, Risiko oder Segmente) sowie der dort verwendeten Bankprodukte wie Wertpapiere, Derivate und Produkte für Privatkunden ist von Vorteil.
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Liquiditäts- und Zinsrisikomanagement sind ein großes Plus.
  • Kenntnisse der agilen Arbeitsweise und produktiven Zusammenarbeit in der Delivery-Organisation werden erwartet, Teamfähigkeit ist ebenfalls wichtig.
  • Um das Produkt erfolgreich zu managen, sind gute Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Überzeugungskraft unerlässlich.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und Zielstrebigkeit bei der Bewältigung und Priorisierung komplexer Aufgabenstellungen sind erforderlich.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind notwendig.
