Ihre Aufgaben
  • Steuerung und Monitoring des digitalen Anforderungs- und Portfoliomanagements
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business & Digitalisierung zur Konsolidierung und Qualitätssicherung der Geschäftsanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit divisionalen Fachbereichen
  • Koordination des Demand Prozesses bis hin zur Übergabe an den Digital Transformation Manager, sowie Unterstützung bei der ersten Konzeptionierung der Anforderungen
  • Verantwortlich für Implementierung & Governance des VLS-spezifischen Demand Prozesses und Übergang zum Schaeffler Gruppenprozess unter Zuhilfenahme des neuen Demand- & Portfolio Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit Change Management Teams
  • Qualitätssicherung und Festlegung von Projektzielen auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung des jährlichen digitalen Projektportfolios
  • Organisation und Koordination der teamübergreifenden Kommunikation, auch zu anderen Bereichen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Umfeld IT Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit hoher IT-Affinität
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld und Projektumfeld - explizit im Anforderungsmanagement wäre wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und entsprechenden Tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen verbunden mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
