We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer / Plant Mechanic / Pipe Fitter to join our team as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on our various sites across Germany.

• Site Management: In collaboration with our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities on our sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Project Planning and Execution: You will plan and oversee the execution of construction projects, including the coordination of site activities, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for documenting construction activities, including site measurements and progress reports.
• Client Representation: You will represent our company's interests in meetings with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring that our company's reputation is maintained.
• Client Relationship Building: You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, as our projects typically last between 6 to 24 months.
• Qualifications and Experience: You must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have several years of experience in construction management, including experience in welding and pipe fitting.
• Personal Qualities: You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and take responsibility for your actions.
