Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Maintenance Operator für unsere Akzo Nobel Hilden GmbH.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Wartungsarbeiten, Erweiterungen und Modernisierung an Anlagen und Gebäudeinstallationen durchführen
  • Erforderliche Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an bestehenden Systemen durchführen, einschließlich Abwicklung und Dokumentation
  • Strukturierte Fehlerdiagnose durchführen und fachliche Fehlerbehebung ausarbeiten
  • Instandsetzung oder Austausch defekter Anlagenteile durchführen, Demontage und Neuaufbau von Anlagen nach Herstellerdokumentation und Handbüchern
  • Überwachung und Unterstützung von Fremdfirmen, um eine sichere und effektive Arbeitserfüllung zu gewährleisten
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse und Standardisierung aktiv mitgestalten
  • Regelmäßige Anlagenkontrollen durchführen und Ergebnisse in Optimierungsprozesse einbringen
  • Vorbeugende Instandhaltungstätigkeit und Wartungen durchführen
  • Betreuung interner Audits
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Berufsausbildung zum Elektrotechniker / Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von elektrischen Einrichtungen / Automatisierungstechnik und Betriebsmitteln in der chemischen Industrie
  • Kenntnisse über Programmierung von SPS-Systemen (Siemens S7) und Visualisierungssystemen sowie frequenzgeregelten Antrieben (ABB, Siemens) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung und Montage
  • Kenntnisse über rotierende und statische Anlagen
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbständige und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitwilligkeit zum Schicht- und Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
