About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to join our Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile Robots SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our collaborative robot solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of application engineers, collaborating with the sales team to ensure the successful integration of our robotic solutions into customer environments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of application engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement collaborative robotic solutions tailored to customer specifications.
  • Act as a bridge between the application engineering team and other functional areas within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback for product improvement.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements, providing post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, feasibility studies, and solution architectures, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of collaborative robotics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the application engineering team to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
  • Proven leadership experience in application engineering or a similar technical role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of collaborative robotics, including programming and integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and business fluent English and German skills.
  • Independent, thorough, and team-oriented attitude towards work, with enthusiasm, good communication skills, and high motivation.
