Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Commercial Pricing and Renegotiation division, including team leadership and budget management
  • Promote interdepartmental collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Serve as a key intermediary among Trading, Flight Operations, and Central Product Management to enhance operational efficiency
  • Formulate and execute pricing and negotiation strategies
  • Supervise tourism planning for Sun & Beach locations
  • Examine booking patterns and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Engage in market briefings and offer insights on product strategies

Candidate Profile

  • Proactive and seasoned leader with robust decision-making and analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Competent in MS Office and proficient in English
  • Organized and process-driven approach
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a corporate context is beneficial
