Chief Product Officer

Consortia is partnering with a pioneering MedTech start-up to shape the future of the industry in Germany. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer / Co-founder to join our mission.

You will collaborate with top investors and founders who have successfully guided leading start-ups to IPO. As the key figure in the business, you will define the product strategy, work closely with the founders, and deliver critical goals to get the business up and running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy by understanding user needs
  • Create exceptional customer journeys for stakeholders
  • Build a world-class product team from scratch
  • Oversee product strategy from inception to maturity
  • Collaborate with the CEO to create a market-leading product
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a C-suite position with a high-growth start-up or VC
  • Deep understanding of product management and a passion for it
  • Experience with B2B / SaaS propositions and product roadmapping
  • Strong business leadership skills and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
