Ihre Aufgaben
  • Datenanalyse: Durchführung von umfassenden Analysen zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsentscheidungen.
  • Business Intelligence: Entwicklung und Implementierung von BI-Lösungen zur Optimierung der Unternehmensperformance.
  • KI Business Partnering: Präsentation und Erläuterung von Ergebnissen, einschließlich Chancen- und Risikoanalysen.
  • Performance-Tracking: Überwachung und Analyse der Unternehmensleistung sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
  • Strategieumsetzung: Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in den operativen Einheiten.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
  • Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence-Systemen und den gängigen Office-Tools.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Controlling eines internationalen Unternehmens.
  • Erfahrung mit SAP (AfO, CO, SAC) von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung.
