Internship in Ergonomic Behavior for Cockpit Production

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dedicated intern to contribute to our Ergonomic Behavior initiatives within the Cockpit Production division at BMW Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement sustainable workplace strategies aimed at enhancing employee health and productivity throughout their professional journey.
  • Facilitate ergonomic workshops and training programs for staff involved in cockpit assembly.
  • Serve as a resource for both employees and supervisors, offering guidance and executing health-focused initiatives as required.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams, especially those focused on Health Management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Training Sciences, Applied Movement Sciences, Sports Sciences, or similar disciplines.
  • At least in the mid-point of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system or a comparable qualification.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in German.
