Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as ensuring the efficient use of warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing customer orders in accordance with packaging specifications
• Preparing goods for dispatch, including labeling, marking, and packaging
• Receiving and storing finished goods, as well as ensuring the accuracy of inventory records
• Coordinating the loading and unloading of goods, including container loading and unloading
• Receiving and inspecting goods, including checking documentation and verifying product quality
• Performing inventory management tasks, including data entry and stock control

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a related field
• Several years of experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment
• Stapler certification and experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
