Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen (Senior) Analysten für internationale Geschäftsfelder (m/f/d).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Präsentation regelmäßiger interner Berichte zur Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse, einschließlich strategischer Empfehlungen für die Unternehmensführung.
- Beobachtung und Analyse globaler Märkte für Energie, Rohstoffe, Banken und Investoren.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen in ausgewählten Ländern mit dem Ziel, das Potenzial für die Entwicklung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien zu bewerten.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien für den Markteintritt in internationale Märkte und Geschäftsfelder.
- Optimierung interner Dashboards und Reporting-Tools.
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Datenbanken sowie regelmäßige Auswertung externer Datenquellen.
- Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Fachabteilungen und internationalen Standorten zur Bereitstellung angeforderter Informationen und Analysen.
Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Energiewirtschaft oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Branche.
- Erfahrungen in der Analyse von Energiemärkten, insbesondere im Bereich Strom, sind von Vorteil; Kenntnisse in der Strommarktmodellierung sind wünschenswert.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen; Programmierkenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Hervorragende Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in einer romanischen oder slawischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.
