Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning projects to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Explore and implement best practices in machine learning operations (MLOps), including version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and automation tools to continually enhance our machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, including experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in automation/orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, Dagster, and Dataform, and machine learning tracking/lifecycle tools such as MLflow and Tensorboard.
- Experience in working with database management systems such as Postgres, BigQuery, and Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in data modeling and data modeling software is a plus.
