Key Responsibilities- As a Strategic Contract Manager, you will oversee existing agreements, negotiate terms, durations, and optimal pricing, while drafting new contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
- You will assess the feasibility of changing contract manufacturers, packers, or batch sizes, negotiate new agreements, and manage product transitions.
- Collaborating with our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Quality teams, you will ensure a consistent product supply, negotiate claims with suppliers regarding delays or quality issues.
- In partnership with Regulatory Affairs, SCM, Quality, Marketing, and Finance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing product profitability, identifying unprofitable items, and managing their withdrawal from our offerings.
- In the context of health insurance tenders, you will draft and coordinate commitment letters for participating manufacturers, negotiate special pricing, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Regarding licensing fees and pricing adjustments, you will collaborate closely with the Controlling department to secure reimbursements from negotiated special prices and pursue claims for any contractual breaches.
