Key Responsibilities

Service and repair customer equipment and sports gear, particularly bicycles.Customize products according to customer specifications (printing/embroidery).Address complaints and returns with a customer-focused mindset.Ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.Prepare and issue invoices.Qualifications
