Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative (m/w/d) to join our team at the MEGA Gruppe location in Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and presenting new products to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and presenting our products and services.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring we meet our sales targets and grow our market share.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the paint/coatings and/or flooring segments, with a strong understanding of industry trends and product innovations.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Consulting Skills: Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sales region, with existing contacts with customers and suppliers.
  • Initiative and Independence: Demonstrate initiative and independence, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training and Certifications: Successfully completed industry-related training, with relevant certifications and qualifications.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license class B.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in common MS-Office applications, with experience in SAP a plus.
