About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ESG Client Relations Manager for the Germanic Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on ESG solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ISS ESG solutions, including corporate sustainability ratings, ESG controversy screenings, and sustainable finance regulatory solutions.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on research content and methodology, and assist with the usage of online platforms and data delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales account executives to identify client needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Coordinate with the data deliverable team to set up regular or ad hoc data deliveries for clients.
  • Interact with the research team to gain further in-depth topic insight and provide feedback on needed products and services.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to grasp a broad stakeholder landscape and understand interlinkages.
  • Willingness to investigate and dig into the details of data and screens.
  • A strong interest in ESG and responsible investment.
  • Experience or strong interest in client-facing roles and the ability to understand key client needs.
