Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Accounting Manager mit soliden HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnissen, der unsere Finanzabteilung unterstützt und uns bei der Umsetzung unserer strategischen Ziele hilft.

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Tägliche Bankenabstimmung und Überwachung der Buchungsflüsse der Eigenmittel und Treuhandgelder
  • Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Durchsetzung konzerneinheitlicher Prozesse und Richtlinien
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Group Accounting Nets/Nexi und Treasury
  • Etablierung und Umsetzung von IKS Kontrollen
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Prüfer
  • Ad hoc Analysen und Reporting
  • Beobachtung und Bewertung von Änderungen in den für die Nexi Germany Gruppe anwendbaren rechtlichen Vorschriften und deren Einordnung in die Gesamtstruktur der Nets/Nexi Gruppe
Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter, Kenntnisse aus der Bankenbranche oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 FI oder S4 Hana von Vorteil
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Du bist strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen immer den Überblick und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für bilanzielle Zusammenhänge
  • Als Zahlenkenner gibst Du konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und machst dadurch das Unternehmen effizienter
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständiges und proaktives Arbeiten sowie eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe, "Hands-on" ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist ein optimistischer, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer und Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnet Dich aus
