Administrative Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)

Location: Bremen, Germany

Your Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence for all CTS and KPS companies at the Bremen location and coordinate the daily mail transport between Bremen and Hamburg.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving goods, conducting incoming inspections, and recording entries in the Business Central system.
  • Your duties include overseeing the internal distribution of goods and outgoing shipments, ensuring that the Bremen office buildings are supplied with mail, packages, and materials.
  • Additionally, you will handle the procurement and management of general office supplies, work materials, facility maintenance supplies, office materials, catering supplies, print media, exhibition materials, merchandise, business cards (DE, NL, GB, AT), and more.
  • You will also manage national and international transport logistics, including customs clearance, as well as the disposal of electronic devices, data carriers, and hazardous waste.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the delivery and inventory of furniture, organizing transport and relocations, managing disposals, and conducting invoice verifications.

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training program and ideally possess extensive experience in office management or comparable business processes.
  • You are an organizational talent, demonstrating high commitment and resilience.
  • Ideally, you have gained knowledge in inventory management (Business Central).
  • You possess fluent German language skills and good English proficiency.
