Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Clerk (m/f/d) to enhance our team in Ostfildern near Stuttgart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and preparing information related to spare parts and labor values from automotive manufacturers and importers.
- Developing the necessary logic controls and guidelines for the design team.
- Collecting essential technical data for our databases and coordinating with external suppliers.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and conducting tests as needed.
Qualifications We Value:
- Completed vocational training in the automotive field as a technician or master craftsman, or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with spare parts catalogs, labor time systems, and repair cost estimation tools, such as SilverDAT, is advantageous.
- Basic IT proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of the Peugeot, Citroen, DS, or Opel brands is considered a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating strong focus and effective communication skills when engaging with external suppliers and various departments.
