Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Therapy; open to recent graduates
• Prior experience with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
• Familiarity with various speech therapy techniques and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy for patients with neurological and developmental disorders
• Support individuals with complex disabilities
• Deliver therapeutic services to participants of the Werkstätten
• Conduct home visits and provide support to educational institutions
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours of work per week
