We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) to contribute to the evolution of our Search Engine. This position is integral to our innovative cluster 'Customer & Shop Intelligence', which focuses on enhancing personalized shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced search algorithms, utilizing NLP methodologies to improve search accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop a state-of-the-art Search Engine using NodeJS with TypeScript.
- Create an intuitive frontend that empowers search managers to tailor and elevate the search experience.
- Handle large data sets effectively, leveraging Google BigQuery and ensuring seamless integration with Business Intelligence tools.
- Build and optimize high-traffic APIs, focusing on low latency and high performance.
- Collaborate with experienced developers, product managers, QA specialists, and analysts to refine existing features and introduce new functionalities.
- Encourage innovative ideas and contributions within a flat organizational structure that promotes swift decision-making.
- Participate in architectural discussions with our Tech Lead and explore emerging technologies.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Strong background in SQL or No-SQL database management.
- Proficient in React, VueJs, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while maintaining high code quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
