Ihre Rolle in unserem Team IT ServiceDesk Administrator (m/w/d)

Für unseren Standort suchen wir engagierte Fachkräfte für den IT ServiceDesk.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fachabteilungen und Service-Teams im Rahmen der VS-NfD Administration innerhalb der betreuten Systeme.
  • Durchführung von Störungsanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Anwendern, unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheitsaspekten und Vertraulichkeitsstufen.
  • Steuerung der Ticketprozesse zwischen dem IT-Service Desk und der VS-NfD Administration unter strikter Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit.
  • Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports mit einem Fokus auf sicherheitsrelevante Anliegen.
Ihr Profil

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise in der Betreuung oder Entwicklung, mit einem Fokus auf die Sicherheit von VS-NfD Informationen.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung von technischen Themen im sicherheitsrelevanten Kontext.
  • Kenntnisse im Schiffbau oder Erfahrungen mit branchenspezifischen Anforderungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien im Bereich sicherheitsrelevanter Informationen.
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen im sicherheitsrelevanten Umfeld.
