**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer or Engineer to join our team at Die Autobahn. As a key member of our Construction Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review construction plans and specifications in accordance with DIN 1076
  • Organize and coordinate internal construction inspections and implement external construction services through tendering and awarding contracts to engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and security companies
  • Manage and maintain contracts in project management and contract management systems, including iTWO, MaViS, SAP, and AI-Vergabemanager
  • Perform quality control inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of data and documentation
  • Review and analyze construction reports and inspection results to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction management, structural engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and technical standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with construction management software and systems
  • Knowledge of DIN 1076 and RI-EBW-PRÜF
  • Fluency in German and English
