About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workplace Engineer to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Windows 10 and 11 endpoints in our large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MEMCM) solutions for endpoint management and software distribution.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless endpoint management.
  • Monitor and proactively address endpoint-related incidents and performance issues.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management, security, and automation.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in building and managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) solutions. You should have an end-user experience-focused mindset and a strong background in IT, with experience in large-scale complex environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with MEM and SCCM/MEMCM solutions.
  • Strong automation skills and knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
