Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Radiology Department Director to lead our team and drive the development of our radiology services. As a key member of our hospital's leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient care, as well as driving innovation and growth in our radiology department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the radiology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve radiology services and drive innovation
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of radiologists and support staff
Requirements
- Board certification in radiology (German Facharztanerkennung)
- Promotion and/or habilitation in radiology
- Proven leadership experience in a radiology department or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
