About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior/Lead 3D Artist with at least 8 years of experience to join our core team and shape the future of the team and the game.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality 3D models, textures, and effects with exceptional execution skills, including efficient 3D modeling, UV management, and texturing techniques, to achieve the best results with minimal resources.
  • Collaborate with the entire team to prototype, model, and texture characters, objects, buildings, and game board elements, bringing the team's vision from concept to life.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and document to ensure knowledge transfer within the team is established and maintained, and team members at all levels are brought to a consistent outcome.
  • Integrate and maintain project assets in consistent quality.
  • Coordinate with leadership to integrate best practices and bring in own ideas and visions to create a truly collaborative project where diversity, inclusion, and reach are key.

Requirements

  • Experience with modeling and painting software such as 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and/or similar software.
  • Portfolio showcasing required skills and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to track and document.
  • Flexible thinking and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills.
  • Experience in versioning (we use Unity).
  • Written skills (desirable).
